Premier Leasing Securities Limited (PLSL) is a subsidiary Company of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited (PLFL) incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 23-December-2009 and registered with the registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms under the Companies Act, 1994. The Company commenced it's business on 2nd January 2011. The Company has branches in Sylhet & Chittagong cities. Dr. Mizanur Rahman Shelley was the founder Chairman of the Company. Dr. Shelley had his stints as a teacher in Dhaka University, a member of the erstwhile CSP and a technocrat cabinet minister. Other Sponsors/Directors of the Company are reputed business personalities and most of them have got considerable investments in Banking & Insurance sectors.
Present Chairman of the Company is Mr. A. S. M. Feroz Alam, son of Late M.A. Gafur and Mosammet Shaheda Begum was born in 1960 at Patuakhali in a respectable Muslim family. After completion of his graduation, he started his business career and established himself as a successful entrepreneur. He is associated with Banking and Leasing business. He is a Director of Mercantile Bank Limited, National Television Limited (RTV) and Mercantile Bank Securities Limited and Sponsor of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited. He is also the Managing Director of Bengal Trading Limited (Tokyo). He is the founder of Shaheda Gafur Ibrahim General Hospital, Kalaiya, Patuakhali. He travelled around 65 countries for business purpose.
